Items can't be returned and all purchases are final.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (Within 3 days after received the Item) with photos of the product and packaging for assessment and resolution.
To be eligible for a Refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Upon Receipt of returned merchandise, Maleiha reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meer our return policy requirements.
Customers must contact our customer support at service@maleiha.com to initiate the refund process. - Once approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving the returned item.
