SHIPPING & ORDERS

Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the United States of America.
Once I order - what happen next?
You will receive an order confirmation per email as soon as you have
placed your order. Your order will be processed and dispatched within
1-2 business days. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an
email with your tracking number.
How do I track my Order?
We will send you a tracking number once your order is shipped out.
Can I change or cancel my Order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us at
service@maleiha.com with your order number as soon as possible. Please
kindly note that as your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch
we may not be able to accommodate your request.
How do I know that my Order is shipped?
You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped.
How long it will takes to receive my Product?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after
payment confirmation. Please allow the carrier additional 3-7 business
days for delivery after we ship your oder.
We ship directly from the Maleiha warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Kindly note that deliveries to certain remote locations may take a few extra days.

Returns

How to do a return?
Items can't be returned and all purchases are final.
If
you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately
(Within 3 days after received the Item) with photos of the product and
packaging for assessment and resolution.

How long does it take to process my return?
Refunds of damage Items will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving the returned item.
What if my Item is broken?
In rare cases, it can happen that an item arrives broken. If this is
the case, please contact us by email at service@maleiha.com.
Please send us your order number and a photo of the broken item.
